Called Precision on 3/3/16 as the previous company was no longer in service. The girl who answered the phone was the was very pleasant and I booked an appointment for 3/4/16. Don the technician arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional. I needed new tension springs for a double wide door. One side of the springs had broken. After replacing the springs he serviced the rollers and cables and the door worked like it was new. Don was great and would recommend this company. The only negative to all of this, the service vehicle did not have company identification and really needed replacement.

Ray and Juan were timely and efficient. Ray explained the function of the door and was very knowledgeable of the product. The Liftmaster door is quiet and safe. Brian, who came initially to plan the replacement was timely and knowledgeable as well. I chose Precision Doors because they were the first to send help for repair on our old door last winter. The price was competitive as well. I would definitely recommend this company and product.

I called on Friday and the gal on the phone said Paul would be here tomorrow (Saturday) from 3pm to 5pm. He was here right at 3pm that Saturday and was done within 1/2 hour. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I called on Wednesday and was given an appointment the very next day. The technician, Brian, arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment, inspected the door, explained what he would do, and completed the repair in less than half an hour. I chose Precision because you had installed my garage doors. The process of scheduling the maintenance was rediculous. Twice I set up service to have the track of my garage door adjusted. The Precision technician failed to show both times. Brian the tech, who is excellent, called me on the third day and came and fixed the door.

My appointment was between 11am and 1 pm on a Saturday, I got a call from the service man around 10;15 am saying he was running early. I was aghast, who ever heard of a service call running on time, let alone early. Unfortunately, I was at work and wouldn't be home until 11:10. When I got there your service tech was waiting for me. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise and I gladly took his advice on what had to be done. I spent a liitle more than I had expected to, but it was money well spent. It's like I have a new garage door. I sometimes just open it to hear how quiet and secure the door sounds.

Technician was polite, efficient and great to work with. The quality of the work was excellent. My only complaint was the cost of the repair. 179.00 for an adjustment to the door (15 minutes) and a new remote seems a bit expensive.

My 25 year old garage door opener died yesterday. I called your company at 8:00AM today and made an appointment. The dispatcher indicated that the technician would arrive between 11 and 1:00PM. Ron showed up at 10:30 - 30 minutes early. He quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended a new unit based on the age of my current unit. He discussed the various options with me and I elected to go with the Liftmaster 8355. The price was very reasonable Ron efficiently installed the new opener and lubricated both my Overhead steel doors. The new unit is very quiet! Ron went over the features of the new opener and even programmed the Homelink feature in my car! Ron is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He cleaned up the work area and removed my old unit as well. He is an asset to your company. I will definitely recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends. When my second opener dies, I will call you again! Thanks for providing such prompt, professional and reasonable service.
