This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

I usually complain and rarely give complements, but I feel I need to tell you how wonderful an experience I had with your company. From the initial call to when the technician pulled out of my driveway, I was treated like a "customer" -- that doesn't happen much any more. You should be proud of Karen (the customer service representative that took my call) and Brian (the technician who came out to my house); they represented you very professionally and went out of their way to make me feel that they were there to help me. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you and tell Karen and Brian I really appreciate their help.
