Wonderful prompt, expert and courteous service. Josh fixed the door in no time at all. He was super pleasant and just a real credit to your company. He's also a dog lover and was very kind to our dog. I would use Precision Doors in a heart beat.

Precision Senior Technician Ed Dombrowski was punctual, polite and comfortable to work with. Ed rebuilt the torsion springs and associated hardware and rollers. He had all the equipment necessary for the job. He worked steadily and efficiently. The garage door is operating smoothly and quietly. I made sure to get Ed’s card to be able to refer my friends and family who need help with their garage doors.

Chet shrader was professional and efficient. He adjusted for free the balance of one of our doors because it was under warranty. He give us more information on yearly maintenance without trying to “sell” us. We’ll go with precision door next time too.

I had an appointment with a competitor to view my requirements. They were to arrive on Monday and another on Wednesday…. In both cases they did not arrive nor called… I placed a call on Thursday, the tech came by 10:30 & my opener was done by noon… Bravo

We've had the doors for a year and a half, and they are great: sturdy, quiet, no problems. The rubber seal on the bottom of one door came loose and I couldn't fix it. The repairman was friendly and very helpful, fixing it so it's better than new. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our tech, Ed, was great! He noticed immediately that the springs on the problem door were mismatched. He also inspected a second door and informed us that it would probably need service in the near future. Good to know, and greatly appreciated! Replacement parts were much better quality than the originals, and the repair went smoothly. Ed was efficient, double-checked his work, and made sure everything worked. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone, and will definitely call again for the next repair.

First time using Precision Overhead and won’t hesitate to have them back. They said they would be at my house between 12-2 and arrived right at noon. Ed figured out the problem quickly, made his repairs and all in all I thought their invoice was very reasonable. Highly recommend

I have been a Precision Door customer for years. I needed a tune up on my opener and new springs and new rubber seal on the bottom of the door. Everyone makes it a great customer service experience, from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the quick response. The technicians explain everything they need to do, and they do a great job. Ed was great! He was professional and called ahead of his arrival. He got here on time and explained everything to me. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable about doors and openers. Chet Shrader,called said I’ll be there in 20 minutes, arrived to the second. Came to my back door, got my remote, proceeded to replace the bottom door panel. Within 30-40 minutes he was done, at the back door giving back my remote and he was on his way. He was on time, extremely efficient, and very happy he was the tech. you sent out.

Orlando, our installer, was super helpful. He came early and got the door in quickly, and when it was all in place, he explained how everything works, and helped us set the passcode on the outside code box. It's been a while since I had a new garage door installed, and was pleased that this one was ultra-quiet, and even has an app for remote access. I made a good decision to choose Precision for our needs.

Precision was quick to respond to my call for service. They even asked about moving my Wednesday appointment up to Monday, but it did not work for me. Rare that a company will want to move an appointment up- shows me they care about their business. The only negative thing I can say is that we had arraigned a 2pm appointment and adjusted work schedules to that, but the tech showed up at 1pm. Luckily a family member was home, but they were not the one who could make any decisions on repair, cost, etc. The work was done well, a thorough walk through of the new equipment was given and the work area was cleaned up.

We had used Precision before to service our garage doors, so they were our first call when our door opener broke. Chet came over late Saturday afternoon and quickly and efficiently replaced both door openers. He was polite, professional and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. Ed Dombrowski arrived on time, assessed the situation and told me it would be best to replace my 25 yr old opener. He explained the advantages & safety features of the new one and in less than 1 hr he had installed and explained the key pad and remote controls, cleaned up everything and was gone. He wasted no time and didn,t forget anything. Very pleased with service!!!

It was easy to get an appointment to accommodate my schedule. The service called beforehand to let me know he was on his way, and was on time.
