Garage Door Repair Reviews in Windsor Locks, CT (Updated June 2026)

I was given a ballpark time "4-8PM" the tech was early (he called and asked if I was available.) My garage door works again, and the price was reasonable. I would call them again for any garage door problems.

Same day service, easy to book the appointment online. Gerry the technician who came to my house was great! Unfortunately the door could not be repaired so will have new door installed. Pricing was reasonable.

We experienced a garage door opener keypad problem this morning. To no avail, we were not able to fix our problem. Therefore, we searched the internet and read great reviews on Precision. We called and were pleasantly surprised to hear a very kind voice that took our call and scheduled our service call today. Imagine that...same day service!!! Rich called ahead to give us his ETA. Not sure if it was a bad day, but the guy who helped me was not friendly at all. Didn’t even say hi when he got to my house. He seemed pissed off the whole time. He asked me what could be wrong with my garage door opener. He ended up fixing after about an hour but I was not impressed and will not use them again.
