The installer was very courteous and explained his evaluation of the existing door condition prior to the door opener installation. The installation was completed within a short time. Post-installation, he explained all of the features and demonstrated the operation of the door. Overall, very satisfied with the work performed.

I was sold a bill of goods that was nothing more than springs and new rollers for $600. Very good sales person but felt ripped off for parts that cost no more than $80.

I am very sorry you feel you were over charged. However, your statement regarding what you received is not accurate. We did a complete overhaul of your door. This service included replacing all the vital parts that make your door operate safely and effortlessly. The parts we replaced included the springs, lift cables, safety cables, rollers, and cast iron pulleys. Your door is now better than new -- that's why we provide a 5 year warranty (which is anywhere from 5 to 2-1/2 times longer than the warranty you get from most new doors. To be fair, your estimated price was for Home Depot quality parts -- which come with a 90-day warranty. The parts in way are comparable. Again I am sorry you feel that the price was high. Please be comforted in knowing that you have a safe, well functioning door that will give you peace of mind for years and years.

We saw the bios, certified technicians, customer reviews and ratings. We thank you for sending us an email of confirmation which mentioned who to look for when they come to our home. Rolo fixed broken spring and replaced rollers, springs on the garage door. Rolo was very polite and did excellent work. He gave us options and did the work on a timely manner. Service performed excellent.

We cannot say enough good things about Precision and one of their technicians, Paul Haney. We were fortunate to have used Paul last year for a garage door cable repair and new spring installation and again today for a minor problem. Paul is kind, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Yesterday, 5/19/2015, Don repaired my old, broken down garage door in the rain, heat and mosquito's with a GREAT personality....determined to get the job done! The garage door was a mess before he started, probably the original door from when the house was built, in 1950, but when Don was done, Wow, what a Great looking "Precision" garage door I have on there now! Don has a terrific personality, a great ambition to get the job done and your Company is lucky to have him.....I recommend anyone to call this Company for a Garage door repair and ask to have Don do the work....I am now the owner of the Coolest white garage door of the ugliest garage on Midian Ave. in Windsor, Ct. I called late morning and was given two time windows to choose from for today. Josh (?) scheduled the appointment professionally. Service Tech Ron arrived quickly. He went straight to work and completed a neat and clean installation quickly. He demonstrated the new opener and remote. The process could not have gone smoother!
