When my tech came out to visit , he was professional, knowledgeable and examined the whole problem and assured me that it could be fixed, what he would do and how to do it. I couldn't be more happier than I am with his labor, knowledge and professionalism. He not only fixed the door but was neat, clean and answered any questions I had and assured me that if something is wrong, to call back and he would fix it. Let me tell you this, if I had called Precision in the first place it wouldnt of happened because with techs like the gentleman that just left will make me tell my friends and family that if you have a problem these are the guys to go to ! Thank you so much for being prompt, honest, and knowing your product and how to fix a mess like the one I had.

I was very upset when I called last Saturday to request services. The garage door felt of the metal which some how detached from the wall and was hanging 7 inches above my car. I could not take the car out and I was so afraid the door would trash my car they installed the doors. It took two phone calls and telling the lady it was their liability since they installed the doors. Finally they called me back with a new technician who was willing to come and fixed the doors Saturday since the early only appointment was monday they claimed 24/7 and weekend appointments. I was told 24/7 "phone services to make appoint at the end the door got fixed after a lot stress on Saturday. I would not recommend them for their costumer service over the phone however Paul was excellent and did a great job. I would hired him again!

Paul Haney was my technician. I called on Wednesday with a problem with my garage door opener, a received a Thursday morning appointment. Paul was prompt for the appointment and quick to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the problem wasn't one he was able to repair, and I needed a new garage door opener. Paul had one ready and installed it within my set appointment window. Will be using Precision again when it comes time to replace the other garage door opener!

When I asked if I shouldn't purchase a whole new unit, he was quick to say it wasn't needed and would cost far more than the repair. Persicion employee called to say he would be early. Wouldn't you know the garage door was working fine. A few screws were loose, so maybe that was the problem. We were charged a service call only. No "invented" problems to fix. This is our second time using Persicion Overhead Doors. We would highly recommend them. Thank you!

EVERY TIME YOU HAVE COME TO MAKE A REPAIR, IT HAS BEEN DONE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS PARTICULARLY PLEASED WITH TODAY'S REPAIR (THE GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPERATE AT ALL) BECAUSE PAUL WAS ABLE TO ADJUST THE MECHANISM QUICKLY, FIXING THE PROBLEM, AND DID NOT CHARGE US. GREAT SERVICE AND INTEGRITY IS HARD TO BEAT!

My appointment was scheduled for between 1 & 3 and Paul called me at 1:09 saying he'd be there in a few minutes. He was at our home by 1:15, was courteous, affable and a general pleasure to meet. He assessed the situation gave me the exact price before he started the work. Paul was GREAT! I am not sure anyone else would have taken on this job. We have very low ceilings and a center beam. When Paul saw the job he was ecstatic to have the opportunity to problem solve and "make it work." We have to be honest - we were worried it couldn't be done. We were so lucky to have Paul as our service man. He was a delight to have around as he was visibly excited with the challenge. To anyone with a "wacky" garage or a project they are unsure of we HIGHLY recommend Paul...Not only does he do an amazing job, he truly LOVES doing it. We had an amazing experience.
