Quick response and excellent service provided by Brian. WOW, a spring broke on our garage door this afternoon and I called Precision. The lady that answered the call was very helpful and she was able to schedule service within a couple of hours. Brian (Service rep.) came right on schedule, he was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions before he provided the estimate. I felt it was reasonable and gave Brian an ok to perform the work. He was quick, replaced both springs & cables and then adjusted the door opener. Then he checked the other door and made a couple of adjustments to ensure it fully closed and sealed. First off, Precision's website caught my eye. I read several reviews & decided to give them a try. The technician, Brian, showed up on time, was able to diagnose my problem right away (a broken spring) and then immediately got to work. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was friendly. He also installed a remote keypad outside replacing the hardwired one which had been broken for years. I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Brian and would definately recommend Precision Door Service.

This was a situation where a problem happened in the middle of the process, but everything turned out well in the end. The estimator arrived within a week of my calling to request both garage door and door opener replacement and the installer arrived three weeks later. Unfortunately, when the installer opened the packages containing the new garage door, he discovered that the factory had shipped the wrong garage door and he had to leave without being able to start the job. One week later, the installer returned with the correct garage door and did the installation perfectly. The most important point is not that a problem happened, but how promptly Precision Door responded to the problem.
