When I called the company the girl on phone was pleasant and helpful, she told me they could have a technician come to fix my garage door that was stuck in the open position in 2 hours but he actually came an hour earlier which was great! Brian the technician was very knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door within a half hour ! He knew within minutes what was wrong with door and made adjustments to the door opener mechanism. Very pleased with service and the door is working great! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door service! Very pleased!

My old opener needed to be replaced . I called Precision to set it up and they were here the next day and arrived right on time. My installer was Scott who did a fantastic job . I was impressed with his attention to detail from start to finish . The way he ran the wiring was more than run from point A to B , they were done with appearance in mind which shows he takes pride in his work. My new opener is quiet and remotes work too!

Too bad the technician didn't check the light bulb. I had recently replaced BURNT OUT BULB WITH AN led BULB. As it turned out that was the cause of the problem (remotes would not close door). His comment to my wife about some kind of electrical or radio interference triggered that in my mind. So wen I came home I replaced the LED bulb with a normal bulb and everything works fine. Tell this to all your technicians.

The prior owners of our home had installed the electronic garage door opener themselves and, apparently not secured it well enough. After securing it myself a year ago, it came down again, even though I had secured it better than the original owners, this time pulling wires apart. The technician was efficient and thorough securing the unit back up and connecting the wires, then explained how it had failed to stay up after my attempt to secure the unit. I also found the price very reasonable.

When shopping around make sure you completely understand what the company is pitching and understand their warranty. Like most things you can good cheap no frills doors (that will last a few years) or you can buy quality doors/parts which come with a lifetime product warranty and 5-years on labor. Companies that provide the later will be more expensive, but will also provide good customer service and will be around later to honor its warranty.

I needed my garage door track lowered in order to put a drywall ceiling in. I also needed a spring replaced and weatherstripping along the bottom. Brien was the technician, very professional and extremely nice guy.
