I would highly recommend Precision Door. The springs broke on my garage door causing complete disablement. I called based on a recommendation from a friend and Precision had their technician, Brian, out to repair that same evening. He was extremely professional and I felt the cost was reasonable. I actually called back to have them come and take another look at an issue I was having with my garage door two evenings later....again Brian arrived that same evening and was extremely professional and corrected the issue. I am extremely pleased with this company, their professionalism and service.

My spring was broken on my garage door. When I called at 5:45 pm I was shocked to hear they could have a technician at my home by 6:30 pm on the same evening. The tech arrived in the time frame promised. He was finished with my garage door in 30 minutes. He was very professional, and he left my garage door sounding better than when it was originally placed. Great job!

We needed a quick repair for our garage door. Surfing through the web I found Precision. The best find yet. They were quick to come and repair my door so I could close it until the new door arrived. The new door we purchased costs less than the big box stores, and it was better quality. The VERY BEST thing about Precision was their customer service, on Saturday late afternoon we had an emergency and James came out within the hour and fixed everything.
