I love my new doors. Ray was excellent. He spent 10 minutes cleaning the doors after he installed them. I expected to have nice looking doors, but this went beyond my expectations. I just purchased an old home in West Hartford and have had no less than 8 different contractors doing work on the house. These technicians have been by far the best. They showed up on the correct date and at the time we agreed too. They were fast and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I'm sorry I cannot recall exactly the names of the guy who came but they were both very good. The first guy (Ron?) came to do a repair and explained carefully why it would not be a good idea due to the way the first openers/doors had been installed. He was not pushy about new doors but after we finished, I decided it would be best as the doors were 35 yrs old. The second guy (Ray)who installed the doors was equally professional and worked very hard, all day and by himself to put in new doors and openers. When we asked him why he did not have an assistant he said because nobody else is a picky as he is and he liked to work alone for that reason. The doors are great. Thanks!!
