I chose you to help me with my garage door being frozen to the garage floor because your tech, Rich, did such a great job putting in two, new garage door openers this past year. And he did just as good a job today not only solving the issues, but making sure that everything was in perfect running order. He patiently answered my many questions and concerns. And he was also right on time.

I really like the professional work that Precision door folks do. My 5 year old door had a major problem, was stuck in down, cable came off one side. A friend was able to move the door in the up position while we waited for our turn for repair ~ couple of weeks. Put up tarps to protect the inside of the garage. The 2 repairmen, Ed and Fran, had the job done in 45 minutes! Garage works even better than before. This is my second Precision door. Great company! JR, Leverett, MA

Excellent service. Appointment was made quickly and efficiently, communication with the service technician was excellent, and the technician was on time. He diagnosed the problem (the garage door opener's transmission had broken) and made repairs and improvements (installed new garage door opener and keypad) quickly and the system works well. He was very helpful in showing how to operate it, giving me the manuals, and explaining how the warranty works. One of th best experiences I've ever had with service.
