The service technician, Chet Shrader, was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Chet provided a full explanation of our garage door needs and explained how to best maintain our door(s) hardware for longevity. We only got a quote for garage door replacement during the visit, but we are very happy we chose Precision Garage Door Service.

Had broken torsion spring. Used the web site to schedule appointment. Confirmation was right away. Chet came out and did the service. Explained everything that needed to be done and what we can could. Chat presented himself professionally and did outstanding service. Will have them come back out in near future to do other door. Recommend Procision very highly (especially Chet).

I completed the "Book and appointment" on line to have my overhead garage door header springs replaced and was given a date and time for 2 days out. The repair person texted my to advise he would be at the house and he arrived right on time. Chet was highly knowledgable and provided clear information and options for partial and complete repair. He showed how each part of the operating system were in disrepair and needed replacement. I want to compliment Chet for his explanations and advise concerning what was needed. There are too many contractors that hire people that have less knowledge than the homeowner, Precision is not one of them. Thank you Chet for your help and quick repair. I would recommend Precision to any homeowner needing service done to their garage door.

Excellent service call experience. Chet was extremely knowledgeable, clear and concise and provided several options. Our door was more than 30 years old so a temporary fix was performed with a new door system being purchased. There was no pressure on what options to pursue. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Precision more than once for garage door maintenance and repairs. The technicians arrive on time, they are very knowledgeable, professional and happily answer all my questions - I have had different technicians each time. They do quality work and take great care to ensure no contact with personal items (cars, tools, etc) in the garage. They installed different parts of the door mechanism due to an accidental crash which then worked better than before the crash! I highly recommend them to anyone needing installation, repairs, or maintenance of garage doors!

Very pleased with Precision. It was easy to schedule the service call and there were helpful follow-up reminders about the appointment day and time. The technician, Chet S., was terrific. He was courteous, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He took his time to thoroughly evaluate my garage doors and openers and then made excellent recommendations to address the problem I was having. He was pleasant to talk with and very patient when answering questions. I will continue to use Precision in the future and hope they send Chet when I need service again.

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been over two months since we placed a deposit for a garage repair and NOTHING! We keep getting bounced around when we call customer service. When we do speak to someone they say they have no idea where the part is and that they’ll call us back. No one calls us back. Beware of being scammed by this company.

We selected Precision to repair our garage doors based on previous customer reviews. Our service rep - Chet - was very efficient and professional. He made repair recommendations without any pressure to select one higher priced repair versus a lower one. He cleaned up and answered all of our questions before leaving. Chet was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend Precision’s services; and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Precision provided quick service for a problem with my door not closing completely. Easy to make an appointment even though I was calling after hours. They provide reliable text confirmation and text updates for the arrival time. As always Chet, the technician who has maintained our doors for several years, explained everything very clearly and outlined all the options. A quick and efficient repair at a very fair price.

Chet was the technician, in my opinion Chet is a very smart and thorough individual. Chet performed a tuneup on my garage door and explained everything he did in real time. He gave me some maintenance tips also. I’ll be calling on Chet whenever the need arises! Chet let me know his exact arrival time 30 or so minutes in advance. 5 star for sure! Roger C

Chet was an awesome tech. He came out and was very knowledgeable and observant. Provided me with options, explained all the products the company prefers and why, as well as answered any/all questions in depth and ensured I understood the material provided. He proved the company stands by their workmanship, products, and most importantly their customers. While I still haven’t made a decision on replacing my doors, I am grateful to have spoken with Chet and feel more confident about and comfortable with the whole process. Thanks again Chet, was a pleasure!
