Very pleased with Precision. It was easy to schedule the service call and there were helpful follow-up reminders about the appointment day and time. The technician, Chet S., was terrific. He was courteous, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He took his time to thoroughly evaluate my garage doors and openers and then made excellent recommendations to address the problem I was having. He was pleasant to talk with and very patient when answering questions. I will continue to use Precision in the future and hope they send Chet when I need service again.

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been over two months since we placed a deposit for a garage repair and NOTHING! We keep getting bounced around when we call customer service. When we do speak to someone they say they have no idea where the part is and that they’ll call us back. No one calls us back. Beware of being scammed by this company.
