Excellent service and timeline to repair was quick. Work was done the same day we had a call to review. Chet, our technician, was very professional and did excellent work. He went over all the new features, how to maintain, and what to look out for in the future. Chet had installed a new garage door opener in 2024 to replace our then 9 year old opener. He informed us then that the original tension spring system would probably need to be replaced in the not-very-distant future. Sure enough, 6 months after replacing the opener, the spring failed today. I called Precision Door, and they were able to send someone today. Chet was the service technician once again, and he thoroughly explained what would need to be done and how much it would cost before setting to work. He was quick and very neat, and soon had us back in business. We now have an upgraded torsion spring system that works very well. Overall, it was a positive experience.
