I was able to get an appointment to fix our garage door very quickly and Chet came out and recognized the problem immediately. He was able to replace our entire garage door system in an hour. The price was very reasonable for what we got. Would recommend them to others.

I have used Precision Door a number of times and I would highly recommend this company. They come when they say they will, they are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. After a few back and forths on the weekend Precision was able to get someone over to our house on Saturday to fix the coil that snapped and was not allowing us to open the garage at all. Paul was excellent!

Installer did a good job, but appointment time was not met. The evening before I received a phone call to set up a date and time. It was scheduled for 9 am next morning, installer called before 8am that he is at the property already and the door is coming in in 15 min. I had to re-arrange my plans and be there much earlier than anticipated.

I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We try very hard to provide time frames that the customer can work with. Sometimes traffic, weather, mechanical breakdowns, etc. prevent us from keeping/meeting the time frame. In this case the installer had a traffic free ride through Hartford -- not something that happens everyday. As a result he was a bit early. When we set up installation appointments we typically do give a time range that starts off at 8 am... perhaps the office people didn't state that the installer could be there as early as 8am.We are truly sorry for any inconvenience .
