Found you on line. Rich was great went right to work figured out the problem and then he started to install worn out parts. Door never worked so well. Asked him to check my other door replaced worn out parts. And now both doors work perfectly. Thank you . Highly recommend your company

Numerous electrical appliances including one garage door opener sustained electrical damage due to a tree on the service wire to thee home. I called the door company that did the replacement doors no return call. I called the door company the replaced rollers, etc. no return call. Found Precision on a google search yesterday. Booked an appointment on-line for today 10:00am to 2:00pm. The tech Rich called at 9:30 am said he would be here for 10:00 am. Arrived promptly at 10:00 am. Trouble shooted and provided estimate for opener replacement. Had the unit on the truck, we were up and running again at 11:30 am. In the future it will be Precision.

Word of mouth recommendation from my neighbor. I needed a new spring on my double door initially. A tech came out last February to service it. He was excellent and I was very pleased.
