I never received the second part of the quote (new garage door with an automatic opener). I did receive 3 emails with the same quote for a new garage door with no automatic opener. I called to request the second part or the estimate, was told it would be sent. I never received it. As a past Precision customer I was disappointed.

My experience with Precision Door was top-notch. Ed was on time (actually a bit early!) for the appointment. He was courteous, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. After some discussion on what he was going to do, he went right to work and finished repairing both of my garage doors in less than an hour. Now, both doors are operating quieter now than when we first moved in 20 years ago. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend Precision Door. Technician showed up early for the appointment. He looked at the issue and thought we might need a new panel. While the office was getting the cost for the new panel he decided to try a repair he thought would work. In about 10 minutes he found a solution that allowed me not to have to purchase a new panel. Technician was professional and found a way to fix my problem and save me some money. I found Precision doing a Google search and reading some of the reviews.
