The service technician, Chet Shrader, was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Chet provided a full explanation of our garage door needs and explained how to best maintain our door(s) hardware for longevity. We only got a quote for garage door replacement during the visit, but we are very happy we chose Precision Garage Door Service.

Excellent service call experience. Chet was extremely knowledgeable, clear and concise and provided several options. Our door was more than 30 years old so a temporary fix was performed with a new door system being purchased. There was no pressure on what options to pursue. I highly recommend this company.

I was given a 4 hour window , they communicated very well and sent a update when the technician was on their way. Josh got here, checked everything out, showed me what the problem was, quoted me and fixed it quickly. He was nice, professionally and didn't over complicate it. I'd recommend and use again.

Outstanding warranty service by Overhead Door and their technician Ray. I could not be more impressed with how professional Ray is and how much he cared about ensuring my garage door was repaired correctly. Ray took the time to explain the repairs to me and even provided me with tips on how to maintain thr door. Ray was beyond pleasant and was really efficient quickly fixing several items in about an hour. Precision has been kind and wonderful since the very beginning. From setting up the initial estimate, to installing the garage door and everything in between. I called a few times to ask questions about my account and certain space requirements for the process, and everyone was so nice and helpful. Jim installed our garage door by himself! He was very good, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them for your next garage door!
