We are looking to replace our two garage doors and asked Precision for an estimate on door costs, installation and then various styles and designs that would be attractive for our garage. The technician was courteous, right-on time and explained the entire process. After our discussions, he left and prepared the overview of our door and installation request while in his vehicle. Ten minutes later we received an email laying out our entire job estimate. We are now evaluating the offer and determining what we want. There was no immediate time pressure and all of our questions were answered professionally - and noted the technician has over 40 years of experience in overhead doors and all types of installations. Now the hard for us is to select the products, installation timing (currently 4 to 8/10 weeks given busiest season) and the firm that best fits our needs. Precision is good firm to work with.
