I could not be more impressed with how professional Ray is and how much he cared about ensuring my garage door was repaired correctly. Ray took the time to explain the repairs to me and even provided me with tips on how to maintain thr door. Ray was beyond pleasant and was really efficient quickly fixing several items in about an hour. I would recommend Overhead Door to anyone, solid company that stands by their warranty with exceptional service.

We've had the doors for a year and a half, and they are great: sturdy, quiet, no problems. The rubber seal on the bottom of one door came loose and I couldn't fix it. The repairman was friendly and very helpful, fixing it so it's better than new. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our tech, Ed, was great! He noticed immediately that the springs on the problem door were mismatched. He also inspected a second door and informed us that it would probably need service in the near future. Good to know, and greatly appreciated! Replacement parts were much better quality than the originals, and the repair went smoothly. Ed was efficient, double-checked his work, and made sure everything worked. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone, and will definitely call again for the next repair.
