Stay away from this company. Needed a spring replaced on a garage door. Their approach is try to talk you into the most expensive sale, in this case it was replacing all the rollers, pulleys, cables, spring, what they referred to as a completendoor rebuild. I didn't even wait for the price, I stopped the sales pit ch and told him I just want an estimate to replace the spring. We'll that came out to something like $750. They were going to charge me$313 just for the springs! The most expensive springs I could find on line was $150. I sent him packing. Called a local company, showed up in a few hours, guess what? Complete door rebuild - $295. Stay away from this company!

I have used Precision more than once for garage door maintenance and repairs. The technicians arrive on time, they are very knowledgeable, professional and happily answer all my questions - I have had different technicians each time. They do quality work and take great care to ensure no contact with personal items (cars, tools, etc) in the garage. They installed different parts of the door mechanism due to an accidental crash which then worked better than before the crash! I highly recommend them to anyone needing installation, repairs, or maintenance of garage doors!

I was given a 4 hour window , they communicated very well and sent a update when the technician was on their way. Technician Josh V. arrived on date and time scheduled with all necessary equipment and supplies to swap out a twenty year old failed opener. He also checked and adjusted all garage door parts and mountings. The new opener is excellent and has many new features the much older unit did not have. I am glad I did not attempt this myself as the manual with installation instructions is horrifically complex. Pricing was within the range I anticipated.

He took his time to thoroughly evaluate my garage doors and openers and then made excellent recommendations to address the problem I was having.
