The gentleman that came out was great. I thought the pricing was a little over the top. 149 service charge 150 for labor charge and 250 for parts. When he was here for 45 minutes and I can order the parts full retail from the manufacturer for 102.95. I understand people need to make a living but the markup is insane. I run a service department and if I did this I would have people screaming and yelling and not returning.

Fast appointment set online, working professionally maintained website, great communication, job appears well done and the issue with the garage door spring and hardware was seemingly resolved. The technician who installed the garage door system was giving the wrong parts and did not seem to know how to program the system. He also had the wrong window trim so he said he would bring the right trim and install it the next day. Never showed up. I had to call service to have another technician to properly program the opener. He was also supposed to bring and install the window trim. He was never informed about it. As of today I still don't have the right window trim installed to comply with or HMO restriction. Will have to call again.

We are very sorry for the confusion here. Our vendor did not send the window inserts with your order when it was originally delivered. I know you've worked with our president to get this matter resolved quickly and we have since installed those missing inserts. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do strive to resolve issues like this in a timely fashion.

Service tech Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. My current problem was a broken extension spring on one garage door. He performed a complete inspection of both garage doors and noticed a potential issue with a spring on the second garage door. Since all hardware was now 16 years old, we decided it was an appropriate time to replace all extension springs and pulleys on both doors. Josh efficiently handled this and both garage doors again work great. This was my second, excellent experience working with the people from Precision. Quick turnaround and a great result.

After new roof install around Thanksgiving 2024, discovered broken garage door spring cause of issues that began months earlier. Unable to use garage for over a year. Precision first entry of Google search to finally address. Received call back after filling out online form and appointment set for next day. Gerry Ouellette arrived early and quickly assessed. He returned following day to repair. With 2 cars and miscellaneous "stuff" throughout, Gerry somehow managed to maneuver around and fix frozen door in less than an hour. All done on the coldest day of the season (12-08-2025). Single digit temperature and colder wind chills. He was informative, engaging and an absolute pleasure! With a 7 year warranty hopefully this will never again be a concern. I highly doubt it. If so, however, I will call Gerry during Spring, Summer or Fall months!
