This was a situation where a problem happened in the middle of the process, but everything turned out well in the end. The estimator arrived within a week of my calling to request both garage door and door opener replacement and the installer arrived three weeks later. Unfortunately, when the installer opened the packages containing the new garage door, he discovered that the factory had shipped the wrong garage door and he had to leave without being able to start the job. One week later, the installer returned with the correct garage door and did the installation perfectly. The most important point is not that a problem happened, but how promptly Precision Door responded to the problem.

The previous installer (from another company) replaced the spring with a short spring that didn't last long before it broke. Your technician explained the problem of a shorter one and replaced it with a much longer one that he said would last longer. I appreciate his effort and skill in doing a great job.

I just wanted to call you to say thank you for sending your technician out to save me... he arrived within 30 minutes of my call and had my car out of the garage in no time. He quickly fixed the door. He was very polite and friendly.

We called for emergency service and had the technician at out home within 90 minutes. My car was trapped inside the garage as the springs broke and I couldn\\\\\\\'t lift the door myself. Tom got the car out and then quickly replaced the springs and cables. He also made several recommendations for future work, which I will have done before winter comes. You guys were at my house with 3 hours of my initial call and fixed the problem with 45 minutes of arriving at the house. James provided a very clear explaination of what was wrong with my door and gave me several options from which to choose from.
