We selected Precision to repair our garage doors based on previous customer reviews. Our service rep - Chet - was very efficient and professional. He made repair recommendations without any pressure to select one higher priced repair versus a lower one. He cleaned up and answered all of our questions before leaving. Chet was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend Precision’s services; and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Chet was courteous, knowledgeable, and a diligent worker. He didn't "lose" the star. That was because of the price. Otherwise, I was more than satisfied with the job and the results.

Our installer name is Joshua Vogel. This gentleman and I do say gentleman. He was very polite and courteous. I couldn’t believe he did this whole job by himself. What a guy. If I had to rate him from 0 to 100, I would give him 1,000. When he finished he cleaned up everything. I told him I would do it. He said no that he would do it.Because of the work he did, and everything was neat, I will use your company in the future and spread the name of your company around. I’m telling you he is good, an asset to your company. Precision garage door. Thank you, John Redente

Excellent service and timeline to repair was quick. Work was done the same day we had a call to review. Chet, our technician, was very professional and did excellent work. He went over all the new features, how to maintain, and what to look out for in the future. The repair included making the whole mechanism much safer and Chet did a great job of explaining what could happen and why the repair would be a good course of action.
