We selected Precision to repair our garage doors based on previous customer reviews. Our service rep - Chet - was very efficient and professional. He made repair recommendations without any pressure to select one higher priced repair versus a lower one. He cleaned up and answered all of our questions before leaving. Service person called when he was on the way. Arrived in the time window specified. Reviewed my setup and offered suggestions and tips. New Liftmaster opener installed and tested. He explained details of the new equipment. Area was cleaned up and returned to as before. Very happy with service, installer, and equipment.
