I was given a ballpark time "4-8PM" the tech was early (he called and asked if I was available.) My garage door works again, and the price was reasonable. I would call them again for any garage door problems.

The gentleman that came out was great. I thought the pricing was a little over the top. 149 service charge 150 for labor charge and 250 for parts. When he was here for 45 minutes and I can order the parts full retail from the manufacturer for 102.95. I understand people need to make a living but the markup is insane. I run a service department and if I did this I would have people screaming and yelling and not returning.

Fast appointment set online, working professionally maintained website, great communication, job appears well done and the issue with the garage door spring and hardware was seemingly resolved. I don’t really give 5/5 until I see if the job remains fixed without new issues. I’d say it was pricey but the service was fast (day after my call.) I’m obviously glad I didn’t have to do it myself. Josh was pleasant and professional and clearly takes pride in his work.

Service tech Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. My current problem was a broken extension spring on one garage door. He performed a complete inspection of both garage doors and noticed a potential issue with a spring on the second garage door. Since all hardware was now 16 years old, we decided it was an appropriate time to replace all extension springs and pulleys on both doors. Josh efficiently handled this and both garage doors again work great. This was my second, excellent experience working with the people from Precision. Quick turnaround and a great result.
