The company was very responsive to our needs/call Technician Josh was highly knowledgeable and figured out all that was wrong - did a great job Costs were more than expected but did not have other proposals due to the urgent need to get the door fixed. My rating is 4.5/5.0

I was given a ballpark time "4-8PM" the tech was early (he called and asked if I was available.) My garage door works again, and the price was reasonable. I would call them again for any garage door problems.

I have Precision for years and never had a problem with any of the techs that have worked on my garage door. Each time the technician gave me an estimate, service options in a clear and concise manner. I would highly recommend there services to anyone. PS, the CSR was pleasant and easy to talk to in setting up my same day service.

Thank you to Josh Vogel who fixed my broken extension springs. Josh was right on time, assessed the damage and walked me through the estimate. He completed the repairs and offered up maintenance tips. Would call Precision for any future issues because of Josh. Really appreciated his professionalism.

The whole process was great. Easy to book online and even came early on the same day. Technician was very friendly and knowledgable. Left us with some extra lube for our doors which needed a tune up. Would definitely use them again.

Quick service. Schedule for end of day. He was able to get here sooner. Was repaired within 2 hours of my call. Tech was very pleasant and respectful. Was a little pricier than I had hoped, but considering the quick repair, it was worth it.

The gentleman that came out was great. I thought the pricing was a little over the top. 149 service charge 150 for labor charge and 250 for parts. When he was here for 45 minutes and I can order the parts full retail from the manufacturer for 102.95. I understand people need to make a living but the markup is insane. I run a service department and if I did this I would have people screaming and yelling and not returning.

Fast appointment set online, working professionally maintained website, great communication, job appears well done and the issue with the garage door spring and hardware was seemingly resolved. I don’t really give 5/5 until I see if the job remains fixed without new issues. I’d say it was pricey but the service was fast (day after my call.) I’m obviously glad I didn’t have to do it myself. Josh was pleasant and professional and clearly takes pride in his work.

Service tech Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. My current problem was a broken extension spring on one garage door. He performed a complete inspection of both garage doors and noticed a potential issue with a spring on the second garage door. Since all hardware was now 16 years old, we decided it was an appropriate time to replace all extension springs and pulleys on both doors. Josh efficiently handled this and both garage doors again work great. This was my second, excellent experience working with the people from Precision. Quick turnaround and a great result.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with my recent garage door repair! Josh Vogel was the representative from your company and he couldn’t have been more professional. He contacted me prior to his arrival, listened to my concerns and was “very informative” with the repair process. The results were night and day….fantastic!! In the event I am ever in need of repair/install in the future….Josh will be requested! Thank you again and Happy Holidays! Sincerely, Alan & Patty O’Neill

Our installer name is Joshua Vogel. This gentleman and I do say gentleman. He was very polite and courteous. I couldn’t believe he did this whole job by himself. What a guy. If I had to rate him from 0 to 100, I would give him 1,000. When he finished he cleaned up everything. I told him I would do it. He said no that he would do it.Because of the work he did, and everything was neat, I will use your company in the future and spread the name of your company around. I’m telling you he is good, an asset to your company. Precision garage door. Thank you, John Redente

My husband and I are very happy with the work done by Josh Vogel on our garage doors. One of them was constantly getting stuck and I was afraid that in the event of an emergency, we would be in trouble. He came out within 2 hours of me placing the service request and handled both issues quickly. He was very courteous. Pleasant and thorough. Thank you Josh and Happy Holidays. One less thing to worry about...

Precision Door Service has always been very responsive to our needs. They offer a great product and service. Their repairmen are top notch. One of doors was damaged, slightly. The technician was personable, did an inspection, and assured me that there was no functional problem. I appreciated the evident expertise as well as the absence of any high-pressured attempt to sell me something I didn’t need. I will be calling your company for annual inspections - for sure.
