Service tech Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. My current problem was a broken extension spring on one garage door. He performed a complete inspection of both garage doors and noticed a potential issue with a spring on the second garage door. Since all hardware was now 16 years old, we decided it was an appropriate time to replace all extension springs and pulleys on both doors. Josh efficiently handled this and both garage doors again work great. This was my second, excellent experience working with the people from Precision. Quick turnaround and a great result.

We had EXCELLENT service from Josh!! He fixed our garage door opener and since he was so efficient we decided to have him install a garage opener on our other door.
