I called Precision Garage Door early in the morning and the repair person stopped by mid morning to review the work needed. The repair man said the entire door springs and pulleys needed replacing. I approved the quoted repairs and the entire job was completed by noon. Now both garage doors work better than new.

Precision and Rich Netto were wonderful! The spring on the garage door snapped today, on a busy Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and they set up a same day appointment. Rich called to advise he was on his way and he conducted a thorough review of the door and fully explained what needed to be done today, what should be done soon (there were some rusting cables) and gave price options with no pressure. We agreed on having all the components replaced today and Rich did a great job. He was done in about an hour and he left everything neat and clean and the door works wonderfully. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use and refer friends to Precision should they encounter garage door issues. Thank you Precision and thank you Rich!

I had a spring repair on my garage door. The technician (ED DOMBROWSKI) arrived as expected. He reviewed the problem and gave me a quote. I also mentioned a few other concerns and was quoted for their cost. ED was very helpful and knowledgeable. He then went to work and fixed all my concerns. He was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him for your garage door repairs.

I called for service on a Sunday evening and a technician was at my door by 11 AM Monday morning. Ed, the technician, was knowledgeable and efficient. In addition to servicing my garage door opener, he gave me lots of good tips for keeping it in good working order. I highly recommend Precision. P.S. Ed was also very nice to my dog. Always a good sign in my book.

Originally thought I would just have to replace keypad garage door opener. But, it ended up that I needed to replace the entire motor. Jesse Fraser, technician, explained what was wrong and what replacement cost would be. Jesse was courteous and knowledgeable. He was quick, thorough and cleaned everything up afterwards. Originally called Overhead Doors, but my daughter went on line and saw that your company had a better rating,soI called you.Person who answered the phone gave me an appointment within 48 hours.Service man called and said he would be at my house in ten minutes and he was. Service man was very polite, and very knowledgeable. He had the equipment on his truck and fixed the problem and fixed some other maintenance issues we had. I would highly recommend your company to others.

Ed Dombrowsky did a fine job repairing my garage door. He arrived in less than 15 minutes after my call for help. He was professional, friendly and efficient! The repair was done in less than an hour, so I was able to attend my 2nd meeting of the day. Unfortunately, I was taken aback at the cost! Also, the revelation that the last repairman (by another company) had installed the wrong parts which may have contributed to the damage in such a short time (14 months) was very unnerving.

I was very happy with the torsion rebuild on my garage door by Chet Shrader. He explained my options and completed the work within the quoted time frame. I would highly recommend Precision Door if anyone is considering maintenance or replacing their garage door in the future.
