Excellent! My first experience with Precision was great. Ed D. the service technician was on time, professional yet friendly. He quickly assessed the problem, explained it to me and quoted a price for the repairs. After I gave him the approval to make the repairs, he quickly began working, and had everything completed in less than an hour. Once the work was done, he explained what he did, and explained any potential problems I might have in the future. Overall, an excellent experience. I will use Precision again when the need arises.

After a bad experience with another company, I was very impressed with Precisions professionalism. I received a confirmation email with all the important details. The service tech Ed called me three days prior to my scheduled job, letting me know he was in my area, and would I like the job done early. I was thrilled! I needed two services done but decided to just do one. Ed never pressured me to do both. Ed was friendly, professional, and came across as a genuinely kind person. I will not hesitate to call on Precision and Ed when I'm ready for that second job. Highly recommend!

Our garage door opener died about a week ago. My son had Precision Garage Door Service install new garage doors at his home and recommended you. So I signed up online to make an appointment/consultation. I "chatted" with someone online because I had no idea as to the cost of replacing the opener. I was given a "guesstimate". I was pleasantly surprised to find out that we could get an appointment rather quickly. I can't say enough about your representative, Ed, who came for the consult. Today was not a great travel day so we never expected that the replacement could be done! While I will admit the cost was much higher than the online "guesstimate", Ed explained the process and materials - bottom line the finished product is wonderful and quiet. So hopefully we will have many years with this garage opener. Thank you Norm & Diane Zeppa

Chet came to my house a second time to give me a complete rundown of what was involved in replacing both my garage door and opener. He was thorough, detailed, informative, professional and courteous.
