I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you how happy I was with the job your company did fixing my garage door. Rich Netto did an excellent job and explained in detail what my options were and the cost of each one. He completed the job in a short period of time and knew how to fix the problem. One additional point is that Rich was able to come and fix my door the SAME day that I called vs other company's that I called before finding Precision, that at best were only able to put me on a two -three day wait list. I will tell any one of my friends who needs to have a repair done on a garage door to call Precision Garage Door Service. Thanks again, you guys are great. John B.

Worst experience I’ve had. The next day the garage door stopped working and wouldn’t open. I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. Company was very unresponsive to fix it. This was about the fifth time I’ve used the company and it will be my last.

Rich Netto does quality work. He came to replace my garage door motor, the outdoor keypad entry, the inside button on the garage wall, and provided 2 new remotes for entry. Rich had also been here 2 years before, replacing other components like springs, pulleys, and other hardware, and did a great job then. Rich is very punctual, and on this recent repair, he was ahead of schedule and asked to come early. His work is precise, his communication is great. I really cannot ask for more. Because of Rich, I will always recommend precision garage door. Rich definitely puts the word "precision" in precision garage door.

My garage door opener was chirping indicating I needed a new battery. The tech came change the battery and was there all of about 10 minutes. The charge was $323 which I consider outrageous. Additionally, I was told I would have a receipt email to me and I have yet to receive that receipt in order to see a breakdown of those ridiculous costs. I am dumbfounded that precision door wants me to write a review and doesn’t realize that they totally ripped me off.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry we left you feeling frustrated — that is never our goal. The total charge included the service visit, labor, and the replacement battery. While the battery replacement itself may only take a short time, the price also reflects sending a trained technician to the home, diagnosing the issue, providing the correct part, and completing the service. Regarding the receipt, our system automatically emails receipts after service is completed. I’m sorry you haven’t seen it yet. Please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered there. We’d also be happy to resend it and review the breakdown with you directly. We never want a customer to feel taken advantage of, and we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

After looking at their website and info given I placed a call Josh was the technician and he was very professional, addressed the problem, explained the needed steps to fix everything and gave me a quote. He completed the job to my satisfaction in about 30 minutes. Very pleased!!

Very easy to make an appointment on the website. Josh came out the day after making the appointment. Josh is a top notch professional person. This is the second time Josh has been to our house. First time was four years ago when Josh did an outstanding job fixing our garage doors. This visit was a minor fix to a garage door rail that was not working properly.
