I was very pleased with the service I received. I did not know what the problem was and Rich was able to diagnose it fairly quickly. He told me what needed to be replaced as well as what part was actually working well and did NOT need to be replaced. The person on the phone was courteous and scheduled me right away (next business day). The repair was done efficiently and now the door works better than it has in 3 years - and I now have a 7 year warranty. I felt the website answered my questions and I liked knowing the local areas the company services. I would recommend this company.

Technician Josh V. arrived on date and time scheduled with all necessary equipment and supplies to swap out a twenty year old failed opener. He also checked and adjusted all garage door parts and mountings. The new opener is excellent and has many new features the much older unit did not have. I am glad I did not attempt this myself as the manual with installation instructions is horrifically complex. Pricing was within the range I anticipated.

Worst experience I’ve had. The next day the garage door stopped working and wouldn’t open. I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. Company was very unresponsive to fix it. This was about the fifth time I’ve used the company and it will be my last.

Rich Netto does quality work. He came to replace my garage door motor, the outdoor keypad entry, the inside button on the garage wall, and provided 2 new remotes for entry. Rich had also been here 2 years before, replacing other components like springs, pulleys, and other hardware, and did a great job then. Rich is very punctual, and on this recent repair, he was ahead of schedule and asked to come early. His work is precise, his communication is great. I really cannot ask for more. Because of Rich, I will always recommend precision garage door. Rich definitely puts the word "precision" in precision garage door.

My garage door opener was chirping indicating I needed a new battery. The tech came change the battery and was there all of about 10 minutes. The charge was $323 which I consider outrageous. Additionally, I was told I would have a receipt email to me and I have yet to receive that receipt in order to see a breakdown of those ridiculous costs. I am dumbfounded that precision door wants me to write a review and doesn’t realize that they totally ripped me off.

While the battery replacement itself may only take a short time, the price also reflects sending a trained technician to the home, diagnosing the issue, providing the correct part, and completing the service. Regarding the receipt, our system automatically emails receipts after service is completed. I’m sorry you haven’t seen it yet. Please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered there. We’d also be happy to resend it and review the breakdown with you directly.
