Alex replaced my garage door opener and did a great job. He installed the unit, set up the remotes and the keypad and made sure that I knew how everything worked. He double checked all the operations to make sure everything was in good working order. He was very professional, very thorough and very pleasant.

Your technician was not at all pleasant. He was late and did not apologize. He also looked like he'd just rolled out of bed (with his work clothes on). Please do not ever send him out to my house again.
I apologize that our technician treated you so poorly. We do not condone this type of behavoir. I have spoken to him and can assure you that he is aware that he needs to treat my customers like I want them treated -- which is clearly not we have done with you.
