Rich Netto, the Precision Door technician arrived just at 1pm as scheduled (and that is somewhat rare these days for techical service providers!) and was quickly able to make a small repair and install a new device for opening our garage door. He explained what he was doing, so I learned about the process of installation. The device worked perfectly as advertised. All done within 30 min. I called today at 11 AM to Schedule an appointment. They were able to fit me in the same day. The technician Rich told me that the two garage doors I had could be repaired instead of replaced. I was surprised when he was able to fix them on the spot instead of having to make another appointment for him to come back. He could have tried to sell me new doors, but instead told me the ones I had could be fixed. I appreciate his honesty and the quick service that he provided. We had the pleasure of meeting Ray today who was determined to find the source of the problem we have been having with the remotes for our garage door opener since it was installed in December. Precision responded to our call for help quickly and were willing to troubleshoot the issue we had been having with the remotes only working intermittently. Although the issue is still undetermined and remotes don’t work as they should, Ray helped us download the app for the Lift Master unit and we are now able to open and close the garage door using the app on our phones. Thank you so much Ray for your kindness and your efforts and for suggesting we download the app on our phones in order to control the garage door opener!
