Called one morning to get a quote on replacing our garage door openers. By the end of that day, I had new openers installed and all new hardware that had my garage doors running like brand new. My service man was terrific - prompt, curteous, and looked over all the "parts" of the garage door. He spotted a bolt that fell off and fixed that. Said we were lucky the door didn't come crashing down. He also lubed the mechanism as well as doing what I called for him to do.

Ed was knowledgable, efficient and courteous. I had the problem with the first garage door explained to me and Ed demonstrated how to align the garage door controllers within minutes. He also clearly explained why the weather stripping on the other door had torn off. The garage doors had been improperly installed by another company ( not your company ) two years ago. Because of the bad installation, the weather stripping was already torn completely off. We made an appointment for Ed to come back, correct the faulty installation on both garage doors and give us new weather stripping on both doors. Ed did a good job assessing what needed to be done and was thorough in his explanations. I really appreciate a competent craftsman not talking down to me just because I'm a woman. The reviews are true. I called to make an appointment at 11am and they had two time slots available later that day. The tech arrived was able to come early and that worked for me. The tech was friendly, efficient and able to explain and answer questions. Should I ever need to, I'll be calling again.

I was very upset when I called last Saturday to request services. The garage door felt of the metal which some how detached from the wall and was hanging 7 inches above my car. I could not take the car out and I was so afraid the door would trash my car they installed the doors. It took two phone calls and telling the lady it was their liability since they installed the doors. Finally they called me back with a new technician who was willing to come and fixed the doors Saturday since the early only appointment was monday they claimed 24/7 and weekend appointments. I was told 24/7 "phone services to make appoint at the end the door got fixed after a lot stress on Saturday. I would not recommend them for their costumer service over the phone however Paul was excellent and did a great job. I would hired him again!

I love my new doors. Ray was excellent. He spent 10 minutes cleaning the doors after he installed them. I expected to have nice looking doors, but this went beyond my expectations. After he was finished with everthing he spent time reviewing how the door worked and how to maintain it and made sure that I understood everything before he left. I would reccommend your company and Ray to anybody who needs a new door.
