Christopher, your technician, called in advance and arrived in a timely manner. He was well spoken, polite and knowledgeable. He immediately recognized the problem with the opener, made the necessary repairs, checked and rechecked his work to be sure the doors were operating properly and reviewed with me all work he had completed. I wouldn't think twice about having Precision do any future work for me.

The spring on my garage door broke on the 4th of July trapping my car in the garage. I made an appointment with this company because they had a call center open taking appointments. Rich was great! He was on time and very helpful. He checked out everything about our garage door and the electric opener. The price was up front and fair and Rich did all of the work in less than an hour. I would definitely use Precision Door Service in the future!
