Ed was very helpful and professional in completing my job, which turned out to be more than what I expected, due to the fact that the opener was not installed correctly by the so called professional that originally did it for me didn't use quality parts, so thank you Ed for fixing the problems and giving me piece of mind.

Cables had come off overhead door when door bound up while closing(automatic door opener). Technician Ed Dombrowski replaced cables with new, and reset. Door was still binding slightly, so Ed checked level, adjusted rails, reset spring tension and lubricated all. Prompt, friendly, informative and thorough job start to finish. I would definitely recommend!

A month and a half back, I hired another company to install a garage door. They never installed the trim work. After repeated calls to no avail I called Precision to come out and complete the work. It took them all of 45 minutes. I wish I had them do the whole job.

I found the company on the internet, and they had some good reviews. Not knowing any other garage door companies, I decided to give them a try. The technician arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window for the appointment, and gave me a few different options for repair. The work took about a half hour. I think the price may have been a little high, but they did waive the fee for the service call, so as long as the work and parts hold up, I am satisfied.

The only issue I had is minor and that was I was given non-800 numbers [i.e. I assume they were regular long-distance] to call to respond to messages from the office.

Your technician was a little late and seemed to be in a hurry. He complained that he had something going on tonight and wanted to get home. He may have known a lot about garage doors, but certainly didn't want to spend the time to talk to me about them. The lady at your office (Candy I believe) wasn't in much a better mood. I hope I caught these people on a bad day. The door does work now and is pretty quiet -- as the tech promised it would be.
