I called today at 11 AM to Schedule an appointment. They were able to fit me in the same day. The technician Rich told me that the two garage doors I had could be repaired instead of replaced. I was surprised when he was able to fix them on the spot instead of having to make another appointment for him to come back. He could have tried to sell me new doors, but instead told me the ones I had could be fixed. I appreciate his honesty and the quick service that he provided. Garage door wouldn’t open at 6:00am. I manually opened it and went to work. Called Precision Door Service at 7:41am and had a service tech at my house at 3:00pm the same day! Awesome customer service. Highly recommended!!

Repair only took 20 minutes, 649.00 seems quite high. Technician was knowlegeable and polite.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate that sometimes prices seem high given the amount of time spent replacing parts. We did replace the counter balance system (the parts that make the door go up and down effortlessly and safely). We used the best parts we can find; that's why we gave you a 5 year parts and labor warranty. Please look at my competitors, they provide a 1 year warranty on the parts and labor on a new door installation. We hope you enjoy your quiet, well running doors for at least 5 years and fully expect it to work for an additional 5 to 10 years.

I came home from work and discovered that my two-car garage door wouldn't go up. So, I started looking for garage door repair companies. I contacted Precision because I was impressed with their website, and I was particularly impressed with their 24 hour services. I was able to get an appointment the next day---two hour window of time (4-6) with a promise that the repairman would call when he was on the way. The man called at 4:15 to say he was coming; he arrived in ten minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken torsion spring and gave me an estimate. I used a coupon from the website to save $99 on the repair cost. The repairman was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, and he fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. He looked professional and acted professional. He had all the parts on his truck and knew what he was doing. I would use them again if we needed help. I hope this is helpful.

Average service but a little pricey for me. Replaced both sensors that fixed the problem, all of 20 minutes work, price $200. I notice on your web site you give senior and military discounts, that was not mentioned.
