Appointment for my broken door opener mechanism was set up quickly. My technician, Rich, explained the problem clearly, gave a fair estimate and the repair was done efficiently 48 hrs later when the part was available. Ron showed up on time, identified frayed cables in addition to the broken spring, explained the various repair options and the costs. I opted for a rebuild (new springs, heavier cables, new pulleys and rollers and 5 year warranty). Great improvement!
