Precision has been kind and wonderful since the very beginning. From setting up the initial estimate, to installing the garage door and everything in between. I called a few times to ask questions about my account and certain space requirements for the process, and everyone was so nice and helpful. Jim installed our garage door by himself! He was very good, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them for your next garage door!

I chose Precision to install my new garage door because of their professionalism and great service. I had my garage door repaired about two years ago and the technician did a great job. Today, Jesse Fraser installed the new door and did an amazing job, as well. On both occasions, the technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous, and arrived on time. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came out ASAP when my garage door broke with my car inside. They were able to open to door so I could get my car out and then secured it until the new door came. I had called other companies, but they didn't care too much about my situation, only that it would take weeks for someone to come and give me an estimate on a new door. The new door arrived and was installed in one hour! Both service men who came to my home were very profession and courteous. They were wonderful representatives of the company they work for. Much to my delight, Brian was running ahead of schedule, so he called to ask if could come over in about twenty minutes. He showed up as promised and repaired my garage door opener in about 10 to 15 minutes. He was very informative and professional. Great job!

I was given a time slot of 1-3 for my service request, was disappointed when after I called was told that the service technician would be running late. The service technician did come over sometime after 4 o'clock. Cream on top was that when I asked for some help with the service charge seeing as the experience was poor - I was still charged $50 for a technician essentially telling there was nothing they could do.
