Numerous electrical appliances including one garage door opener sustained electrical damage due to a tree on the service wire to thee home. I called the door company that did the replacement doors no return call. I called the door company the replaced rollers, etc. no return call. Found Precision on a google search yesterday. Booked an appointment on-line for today 10:00am to 2:00pm. The tech Rich called at 9:30 am said he would be here for 10:00 am. Arrived promptly at 10:00 am. Trouble shooted and provided estimate for opener replacement. Had the unit on the truck, we were up and running again at 11:30 am. In the future it will be Precision.

Very happy with the service this company provides. They scheduled a appointment the same day we called. Came exactly when they said they would and did a great job correcting our problem. Thought the issue was only minor said they were glad we called so it didn’t get worse. Very pleased with this company all the ways from sales to customer service. Service man also explained everything he did and why he did it. He was very professional. Thanks Again!!!
