I called Precision because your ad said same day service, certified and fully insured technicians. Although you were unable to come the same day, the technician came the following day to fix the springs, cables and rollers. I was very satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to refer Precision to my friends.

Excellent service. Appointment was made quickly and efficiently, communication with the service technician was excellent, and the technician was on time. He diagnosed the problem (the garage door opener's transmission had broken) and made repairs and improvements (installed new garage door opener and keypad) quickly and the system works well. He was very helpful in showing how to operate it, giving me the manuals, and explaining how the warranty works. One of th best experiences I've ever had with service.
