Review:

The prior owners of our home had installed the electronic garage door opener themselves and, apparently not secured it well enough. After securing it myself a year ago, it came down again, even though I had secured it better than the original owners, this time pulling wires apart. The technician was efficient and thorough securing the unit back up and connecting the wires, then explained how it had failed to stay up after my attempt to secure the unit. I also found the price very reasonable.

I purchased the AAA deal. They did a great job. Just as advertised, the new rollers sure made my door quieter. I also had new springs put on while they were at the house; door is much easier to open!
