The scheduled service was a routine maintenance call, which is not listed in this review response. You rescheduled the call but sent me an invoice saying that I had cancelled it - not true, and confusing. You cancelled, not me. You agreed to make the rescheduled call on Friday between 8-9 AM, but when I phoned you said it was 8-12 AM - not true, and confusing again. I won't be home after 10 AM Friday.

Service on our doors was great ! We were called in advance of the tech arrival. He and his truck were totally neat and in order. We were appraised of the recommended repairs and their associated costs. Work was performed in a timely fashion and we took part in testing all of the equipment when he was finished. We paid him and he gave us the write up of the work---------along with future maintenance recommendations.

Chet Shrader did a great job refitting all the rolling hardware on both our garage doors. He exuded competence and enthusiasm, reflected in his completion of the elaborate job in less than two hours! His thorough analysis and explanation of the problems and solutions was very reassuring. We also appreciated his arrival on time, and the 30-minute telephone advance notice.

I was extremely satisfied with Precision. Ed came over and was very professional, direct and friendly. He took the time to troubleshoot my problem and fixed it . . . without me having to incur the expense of purchasing a new motor or motherboard. I had ANOTHER company out who seemed to focus on selling me a new motor without doing legitimate diagnosis. Well . . . I called Precision to get a second opinion and sure enough my instincts were right. First time for everything. I did NOT need a new motor.

Ron Lecours, the technician, arrived early, was friendly, experienced, and quickly understood the issues. He installed the components I had purchased, re-programmed the devices with me, and improved some of the work done by previous companies. Phone receptionist excellent We needed service as I was just discharged from the hospital after suffering a heart attack. I am unable to work. Your tech was prompt ,courteous, and knowledgeable of his products. He examined the door, diagnosed the problems and fixed it. I would have appreciated a price list for parts and labor so that I known exactly what the $321 was for. Otherwise, super service, and I will follow up on his suggestion for a new door and all that goes with it.

Overall the service was wonderful. Ron was quite knowledgeable and friendly and performed the task at hand in a remarkably quick fashion. While a bit expensive I am hoping the longevity of the product replacement and repair work will be well worth the price. Would not hesitate to use your company again. Certified techs., fully insured, number of techs. and the ability to get a relatively quick appointment were all pluses. In reference to the appointment it was a pleasure to receive a call from Ron indicating he was running a little late and gave me a time he would arrive and met that time. Overall,at this point in time , I would rate the service as a 4.5 and would not hesitate to call again or make a referral.
