Our garage door opener died about a week ago. My son had Precision Garage Door Service install new garage doors at his home and recommended you. So I signed up online to make an appointment/consultation. I "chatted" with someone online because I had no idea as to the cost of replacing the opener. I was given a "guesstimate". I was pleasantly surprised to find out that we could get an appointment rather quickly. I can't say enough about your representative, Ed, who came for the consult. Today was not a great travel day so we never expected that the replacement could be done! While I will admit the cost was much higher than the online "guesstimate", Ed explained the process and materials - bottom line the finished product is wonderful and quiet. So hopefully we will have many years with this garage opener. Thank you Norm & Diane Zeppa

Our new doors are a stunning improvement over our old ones. We are very pleased with the upgrade to our property. It is also nice to have new, quieter garage door openers. Nice! Rolando, who installed our doors, was systematic and painstaking in the care he took to set up the job properly. He was conscientious about keeping his work zone scrupulously tidy and organized. It was a pleasure to look in on him at various points during the installation and see everything looking shipshape. And to add to all of that, he came out and worked hard on the coldest day of the year, without a single complaint. What a guy!

Ron came out to fix our door opener. He arrived early and had the door working very quickly. He checked everything out (balance, etc.) before leaving. He was very friendly and helpful!

Two technicians came out yesterday to inspect and repair my garage door. They arrived a few minutes early, inspected the garage door, found the spring had broken, and installed a new spring (plus rollers, bearing, etc.). They were quick and did an excellent job. The door is now operating smoothly and quietly. Thank you!
