I called for a service visit, as the installation of a new double garage door, which was done about a year ago, was making significantly more noise than at the time of installation. I was able to get a scheduled visit very promptly, and received reminders and notifications confirming and tracking the arrival time. The repair was made promptly, at no cost and was explained in detail so that I am now able to monitor and prevent the noise by applying the recommended lubricant. I was very impressed that the service representative encouraged me to call with any questions—and if I was concerned about the operation of the door in any way, to not hesitate to ask for a service check. It is always a surprise and pleasure to have repairs/maintenance done at home that is as stress-free, professional and prompt as it is when working with Precision Doors!

The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful. He literally made the sale by pre-checking, confirming and guaranteeing an installation date. He was a wonderful introduction to your company, as his expertise gave me confidence that Precision Garage Doors was the right choice. Hopefully, your installers bring the same great experience as this technician!

First time working with precision. I never had such a quick set up and had a problem resolved so quickly and in a professional fashion, I am so pleased and so satisfied in the early arrival of the technician as well as his friendly accommodating personality. Would highly recommend Precision.

My neighbor used you guys last year and recommended you. As she told me, you arrived on time, had all the parts needed to fix by door and had the job completed in about a half hour. The price was good, the technician was polite, knowledgeable and didn't pressure me to buy the higher priced options. I'm a happy customer and will freely recommend you to all that need their garage door fixed.

I would highly recommend Precision Door. The springs broke on my garage door causing complete disablement. I called based on a recommendation from a friend and Precision had their technician, Brian, out to repair that same evening. He was extremely professional and I felt the cost was reasonable. I actually called back to have them come and take another look at an issue I was having with my garage door two evenings later....again Brian arrived that same evening and was extremely professional and corrected the issue. I am extremely pleased with this company, their professionalism and service.

Called to say thank you. Our garage door is working perfectly. If I had known that you could fix it so quickly and make it virtually noiseless I would have called years ago! You guys are the best!
