I found precision on an internet search. They were the only company I contacted that had someone I could talk to immediately! Not only that they also had availability the same day! They gave me a time frame and then even called to see if I could do earlier which I appreciated. The real gem was Ed who came and replaced a system that definitely saw better days. I can’t say enough about the service we received from your company, especially your technician, Chet. He was very professional. Knowledgeable, and personable. Our home was going on the market. We had already moved 600 hundred miles away. We received a call from a family member that the spring broke on the garage door and was not working. I googled overhead garage doors and found Precision. I was very impressed with the website and the reviews. One call and a technician, Chet, was there doing garage door repair. We didn’t need to have the whole door replaced!
