After a bad experience with another company, I was very impressed with Precisions professionalism. I received a confirmation email with all the important details. The service tech Ed called me three days prior to my scheduled job, letting me know he was in my area, and would I like the job done early. I was thrilled! I needed two services done but decided to just do one. Ed never pressured me to do both. Ed was friendly, professional, and came across as a genuinely kind person. Over the weekend, one of the springs on my garage door snapped. I called this morning at 10:25. They scheduled me between11am and 1pm. I then received a text indicating Chet would be the serviceman. Ten minutes later, Chet called to say he'd be here by 11am, and he was. He thoroughly went over all my options, then quickly completed all the work.

After door installation, there were spaces between the door and the floor. I mentioned it to the installer and he told me when the sun comes out the spaces would fill in. Well clearly this didn't happen and I have cold air and snow blowing in under the doors, not to mention rodents could also get in. I did not have this problem with my old doors.
