Over the weekend, one of the springs on my garage door snapped. I called this morning at 10:25. They scheduled me between11am and 1pm. I then received a text indicating Chet would be the serviceman. Ten minutes later, Chet called to say he'd be here by 11am, and he was. He thoroughly went over all my options, then quickly completed all the work.

After door installation, there were spaces between the door and the floor. I mentioned it to the installer and he told me when the sun comes out the spaces would fill in. Well clearly this didn't happen and I have cold air and snow blowing in under the doors, not to mention rodents could also get in. I did not have this problem with my old doors.

Paul did an absolutley fantastic job. After fearing the worst and an expensive fix, Paul literally fixed both doors in a matter of minutes. I actually felt like I should have paid him more. I would recommend Paul to anyone.

Based on our experience with Brian, we can confidently recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors. Brian arrived when promised, promptly diagnosed the problem, and made the necessary repair. And at our request, he also supplied us with two universal two-channel remotes that have added a new level of convenience. Excellent service at a fair price.
