The technician, Christopher Young, called from the road to tell me he could be here by 2:30 if okay. He was pleasant, informative and very efficient. Pricey but the service was good both on the phone and by the tech.
Your springs were rather large (for your large heavy door). We did provide 4 times the average repair warranty as well.
