I called this morning to state I was having a problem with my garage door and had an appointment for 3:00-5:00. The technician, Christopher Young, called from the road to tell me he could be here by 2:30 if okay. He was pleasant, informative and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem and presented me with options for repairs. Very professional from start to finish. Thank you for the great service!!
