Service appointment was very good. The service person (Rich) was excellent. The cost was shocking. Your Co. repaired the exact same issue on my door #1 for half this amount only 6 yrs ago. My old opener needed to be replaced . I called Precision to set it up and they were here the next day and arrived right on time. My installer was Scott who did a fantastic job . I was impressed with his attention to detail from start to finish . The way he ran the wiring was more than run from point A to B , they were done with appearance in mind which shows he takes pride in his work. My new opener is quiet and remotes work too!

We needed a quick repair for our garage door. Surfing through the web I found Precision. The best find yet. They were quick to come and repair my door so I could close it until the new door arrived. The new door we purchased costs less than the big box stores, and it was better quality. The VERY BEST thing about Precision was their customer service, on Saturday late afternoon we had an emergency and James came out within the hour and fixed everything. You will never get better customer service anywhere else. I give Precision a A rating
