I contacted Precision door services at the worst possible time, in the middle of the pandemic. They were honest about timing and installation of garage doors was done at the scheduled time. When a minor issue arose months later, they fixed it up promptly at no charge. Technician Chet Shrader was professional, prompt, honestly laid out all the options, and performed impeccable service.

Gentlemen, I choose the Overhead Door Company because I had used the Company previously; and they provided Excellent service. On Saturday, April 16, 2022, Mr. Chet Shrader, was the technician assigned to perform the assessments necessary to make the repairs to my garage door. Also, Mr. Shrader was friendly, professional and provided the assessments/resolutions to repair the garage door. When the repairs were completed, Mr. Shrader detailed the repairs made; and insured the garage door was operational and functional prior to leaving. I search for a company to replace my broken garage door on Home Advisor and Precision Door came up as the default business. I read several reviews, the majority of which were positive. So, I ordered my door from Precision. There was one hiccup when my door was installed. The hiccup was that one of the panels had a crease on it. I informed Precision about this matter and it was resolved. Precision replaced the panel with a new one. The door now looks great and the garage door opener I ordered with the door works fine. I found the company to be very professional and responsive.

Paul is a master at fixing what is broken. He not only fixed the problem we called about, but identified other issues with the garage door and corrected them. The door is fixed and runs perfectly and smoothly, something it hasn't done for a couple of years now, and that we thought was "normal". Thanks Paul!

5 stars. Ray arrived promptly at 9am and by 1:30pm he completed the job. I was very impressed and pleased with the finish product. He alone took down the old doors, reframed where necessary and installed the 2 new doors and cleaned up, all in 4 and a half hours. He did an excellent job considering the challenge this job entailed because my garage is slightly tilted. Thank you very much.

The repair man was a bit early and my neighbor notified me. The repairman was very courteous and explained what his prpposal included. By the time I arrived home he was done. He walked me through what he did.
