Fast appointment set online, working professionally maintained website, great communication, job appears well done and the issue with the garage door spring and hardware was seemingly resolved. I don’t really give 5/5 until I see if the job remains fixed without new issues. I’d say it was pricey but the service was fast (day after my call.) I’m obviously glad I didn’t have to do it myself. Josh was pleasant and professional and clearly takes pride in his work.

Contacted Precision Door to replace damaged garage door with new door and opener. The new door and opener were installed as soon as door was in stock. Great initial contact with Chet and excellent installation by Ray.

The technician who installed the garage door system was giving the wrong parts and did not seem to know how to program the system. He also had the wrong window trim so he said he would bring the right trim and install it the next day. Never showed up. I had to call service to have another technician to properly program the opener. He was also supposed to bring and install the window trim. He was never informed about it. As of today I still don't have the right window trim installed to comply with or HMO restriction. Will have to call again.

We are very sorry for the confusion here. Our vendor did not send the window inserts with your order when it was originally delivered. I know you've worked with our president to get this matter resolved quickly and we have since installed those missing inserts. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do strive to resolve issues like this in a timely fashion.

Ray was professional and installed my garage doors in a timely manner. The doors and new tracks look great! He spent the time to explain the garage door and garage opener functions. Outstanding job! Would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

Chet had installed a new garage door opener in 2024 to replace our then 9 year old opener. He informed us then that the original tension spring system would probably need to be replaced in the not-very-distant future. Sure enough, 6 months after replacing the opener, the spring failed today. I called Precision Door, and they were able to send someone today. Chet was the service technician once again, and he thoroughly explained what would need to be done and how much it would cost before setting to work. He was quick and very neat, and soon had us back in business. We now have an upgraded torsion spring system that works very well. Overall, it was a positive experience.

He also educated us about the door we have and how it was installed and recommended improvements. I wish we had bought the system from Precision in 2017! Rich did a great job on installing the new bottom liners. He was on time and very professional. Rich took the time to inspect all 3 garage doors and also recommended a better bottom door seal product. We discussed the difference between the 2 liners and than I decided on using the newer seal because he said it creates a better seal. He got the doors done and made sure they would lock.
