I have been using them for years. Scheduling and service was easy to arrange. Technicians arrive within the window of time and you are notified by the tech and a central location that he is coming. They provide identification information. The techs have always been polite, professional and knowledgeable.

All the men from Precision just wanted to do was to sell me a garage door. So I told them to forget it . I called another company. They told me I didn’t need a garage door. He fixed it for 70 dollors CD. They did not meet my expectations . He probably treated me like I was a stupid women. Fortunely I did know about garage repair and I knew I didn’t need a new door. Unfortunately I will not refer anybody to your company. Sandra Plummer
We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations. As we explained in our visit 2 weeks prior, we door section was bent. We straightened it out as best we could. You didn't want a strut to provide some structural support and provide some time for you to decide on if you wanted a new door. On our second visit we informed you that it was not safe to continue to operate your door without struts, and in fact our recommendation was for you to replace the door and we did not want to continue to apply band-aids to a door that needs replacing. Again, we are sorry you didn't agree with our assessment.

Called Precision Door when our garage door opener needed to be repaired. Appointment scheduling was easy. The repair person arrived on time, was polite and professional, and very quickly assessed the problem then clearly explained the options. Our opener needed to be replaced, he had everything with him to complete the job, and the process to do so was efficient and trouble free. Very pleased with both the service and the product installed. Would definitely use Precision Door again if trouble brews.

I cannot say enough about the service I received for the consultation to repair our garage door cables. James is very knowledgable about the system and all the workings involved to estimate a repair cost for cables and springs. After 1/2 hour it became evident it was time to upgrade so we ordered a new garage system....I'm looking forward to the installation!

My new door is perfect. I had a good experience with your company. The technician who came out for the estimate explained everything and answered all my questions. The door was installed within a week of ordering it. Ray (the installer) was very nice and did a wonderful job. I will recommend you to all who ask.
