Called Precision Door when our garage door opener needed to be repaired. Appointment scheduling was easy. The repair person arrived on time, was polite and professional, and very quickly assessed the problem then clearly explained the options. Our opener needed to be replaced, he had everything with him to complete the job, and the process to do so was efficient and trouble free. Very pleased with both the service and the product installed. Would definitely use Precision Door again if trouble brews.

I cannot say enough about the service I received for the consultation to repair our garage door cables. James is very knowledgable about the system and all the workings involved to estimate a repair cost for cables and springs. After 1/2 hour it became evident it was time to upgrade so we ordered a new garage system....I'm looking forward to the installation!

I was very happy with the service that precision door completed. The repair was done on time and at a reasonable cost. The repair man reviewed the work to be done and all the charges before he started. I would definitely use them again.
