It sounds like the recent install of my garage door was done with standard parts in lieu of heavy duty. However, my goal was to have the clunk from the door, on the way down eliminated. There was no effort made to resolve this. I was hoping for some type of adjustment instead of upselling.

Chet arrived on time as promised. Although I only needed to replace a spring, he convinced me to replace other worn parts also. Yes it was expensive, but considering the quality of the Precision parts which were much better/stronger than those bought at Home Depot, and also considering the 5 year warranty, the cost was well worth it. Garage door spring broke at 2:00 am on Saturday morning. Called Precision the next morning (Saturday) around 9:30 am. Representative on the phone was very polite. She scheduled a service call for 3:00 pm that same afternoon. The service tech Joe arrived on time (even a little early). He was very professional and courteous. I ended up replacing the 2 springs on the door. Joe did a great job and completed everything very quickly and professionally. The door works like a charm. Thanks very much. Will definitely call Precision again for all my garage door needs. Rating all the way around = 5
