Hi Had a very unpleasant experience today with your company. Both on line and over the phone I was quoted $120 for a Tune up of my garage doors not a service charge for showing up at my door. When tech told me there was another charge to perform any work I was flabbergasted. You should show your charges up front and not be underhanded. So i payed $120 just to have some silicone sprayed on my tracks ROBBERY. Also he tried to get me to commit to almost 2k in repairs U kidding me. Because I am old does not mean I am stupid. Needless to say would not recommend your company to anyone

I originally found Precision through Homeadvisor. This is the third time I have used Precision and it was solely because of Chet Shrader. I was so impressed with Chet when he came out 3 years ago that I had him come out to help my Mom and again today for my new property. Chet is the utmost professional, yet kind and extremely knowledgeable. He knows everything there is to know about garage doors and systems and I cannot say enough good things about him! I have the utmost confidence in Chet and Precision.

Excellent response time! Tech came out same day and fixed rusted door roller and made sure door was safe and functioning properly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Ive used Precision for my needs in Orlando Fl as well. Nothing but the best, very reasonable pricing.and friendly staff. Try them you wont regret it.

I found your ad in the yellow pages and Paul Haney was the technician - I loved his enthusiasm - tomorrow is his birthday and he'll be 48 having been a professional for 32 years. This is second time I have used precision overhead door. I had the same technician, Chuck Shrader He is professional and courteous. Diagnoses the problem and explains your options. No surprises. I highly recommend this company.
