Chet, the technician assigned to us, was very helpful, professional, and understanding. We had purchased the garage door from Precision less than a year ago, and we were happy with the quality product. Recently, we had a minor issue with how it was opening, but our garage door is working well again. Definitely five stars! Thank you.

My Tech Chet Schroeder came on time and did a thorough inspection of my garage doors. He then made suggestions and options for me to complete my service. He performed a tune up of both doors. I purchased a new remote and he programmed my car and key pad effortlessly. A real pro. I would recommend Precision door to anyone.

Hi Had a very unpleasant experience today with your company. Both on line and over the phone I was quoted $120 for a Tune up of my garage doors not a service charge for showing up at my door. When tech told me there was another charge to perform any work I was flabbergasted. You should show your charges up front and not be underhanded. So i payed $120 just to have some silicone sprayed on my tracks ROBBERY. Also he tried to get me to commit to almost 2k in repairs U kidding me. Because I am old does not mean I am stupid. Needless to say would not recommend your company to anyone

I originally found Precision through Homeadvisor. This is the third time I have used Precision and it was solely because of Chet Shrader. I was so impressed with Chet when he came out 3 years ago that I had him come out to help my Mom and again today for my new property. Chet is the utmost professional, yet kind and extremely knowledgeable. He knows everything there is to know about garage doors and systems and I cannot say enough good things about him! I have the utmost confidence in Chet and Precision.

Your website was informative and easy to navigate. I was kept informed on who the assigned technician is scheduled to arrive, the estimated arrival time and an online rating of the technician. Jay arrived to my home on time, was extremely professional and did a fantastic job! My total experience from beginning to end was top notch and I would recommend using your company for any future garage door issues.

Garage door was stuck at 8am and fixed by noon. I found your ad in the yellow pages and Paul Haney was the technician - I loved his enthusiasm - tomorrow is his birthday and he'll be 48 having been a professional for 32 years. I hope there are young people out there who will follow in these footsteps and enjoy their job, and give as great service as Paul did. You have my highest recommendation
