Fast appointment set online, working professionally maintained website, great communication, job appears well done and the issue with the garage door spring and hardware was seemingly resolved. I don’t really give 5/5 until I see if the job remains fixed without new issues. I’d say it was pricey but the service was fast (day after my call.) I’m obviously glad I didn’t have to do it myself. Josh was pleasant and professional and clearly takes pride in his work.

When I called and spoke with Brittany, was told appointment available that day between 2-6. I accepted and Rep. was at my home at 2. I explained my problems. He stated what could be done yet explained thoroughly in his opinion that over time the problem would reoccur. When asked concerning new door, he explained and answered my questions thoroughly to my satisfaction. Based on what was explained, I ordered a new garage door

I had a new cable and spring installed on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and I got a next day appt which was great. The technician was ontime and did a great job. The only negative was the price. $500+ seem excessive for the work done.

Garage door needed repair. Arrived during time frame provided. Gave us options to repair, replace etc. We had door repaired and serviced. Was efficient And had door repaired quickly. Not convinced it also needed to be serviced, seems like that should have been part of the repair and not additional cost.

The good review is for Chet. Chet was excellent. Precision came out 1 year ago (different repairman) and did new cables, rollers etc. The equipment they replaced failed after one year causing my door to be inoperable. I was not impressed with this at all. However, Chet came and fixed the issue on warranty and was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Chet
Thank you for being a loyal customer. As Chet (our technician) informed you at your warranty appointment, the part that failed was the weakest "link in the chain" a $5 part that connects the cable to the spring. We not only replaced that part, but also replaced the cable and springs, to make sure everything was 100% in working condition -- all at no cost (we waived the service fee since it had only been a year since we originally did the work). We also offered you an immediate appointment, but you requested a specific date, which we were able to accommodate. We are extremely sorry that you feel we didn't live up to our original promise. We provide a warranty just for the reason that parts do fail. We believe that you should judge a company based on how it handles issues -- how could we have handled this differently... in a way that would have make you feel that we lived up to your expectations?

The Technicians were very friendly and frank about the job that needed to be done citing the fact that the materials were original/contracted grade that came with the house over 10 years ago as a spring/coil broke and needed to be replaced as well as the cables on the track. Ed called me to tell me he could be there 30 minutes ahead of appointment time if I was available. The process took less than an hour. This is the second time I have used this company over the past 5 years.

He explained details of the new equipment. Area was cleaned up and returned to as before. Very happy with service, installer, and equipment.
