I was very pleased with the service I received. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, Chet came out a little earlier than the time stated, with a phone call beforehand and new right away how to fix the issues. It was quick and got my garage door working again. I would definitely recommend and am pleased I would have someone to use in the future.

Technician "Jay" demonstrated his knowledge not only in the repair of my garage door but also in educating me on how the system operated. Had I made this appointment with Precision sooner I could have save additional expense instead of following advice of others. As I told Jay, "I'd rather wait for the service of a company that is dependable, has integrity, reliability and knowledge rather than instant gratification of a company without.
